CitySecurity provides round-the-clock emergency repair service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To report a fault, simply call +372 52 72 429, and our technicians will arrive on-site within two hours to resolve the issue.

CitySecurity responds to service calls from contract clients and offers three different fault response packages, defined and customized when signing a maintenance service agreement.

For non-contract clients, the call-out fee is €150 + VAT, which includes the first hour of on-site work.

In 2024, CitySecurity successfully resolved 169 faults, achieving an impressive average repair time of just 43 minutes.
